日本贸易部已要求Crocs 改进鞋的材料和设计

    在一系列穿鞋者主要是儿童在使用电动扶梯受伤后，日本的贸易部已要求制造商Crocs改进鞋的材料和设计。来自日本的报告显示，太多的穿鞋者的脚趾卡在电动扶梯的台阶之间或侧边导致被削减，擦伤，一小部分人断了脚趾。鞋类制造商回应报道说，它已开始改善材料的质量。制造商也说，大多数自动扶梯的意外是人们不小心扶梯使用造成的。

    Japan's trade ministry has asked the manufacturer of Crocs to improve the material and design of the footwear following a series of accidents in which wearers, mainly children, were injured while using escalators.

    Reports from Japan suggest too many wearers were catching the toe of the shoes between the steps and sides of escalators, resulting in cuts, bruising and, in a small number of cases, broken toes.

    The footwear manufacturer responded to reports saying that it had already begun improving the quality of the material. It also said most escalator accidents were the result of carelessness on the part of the people using them.
