可熔融回收双交联网络EVA超临界流体微发泡材料研究

Fabrication of recyclable EVA foam with dual crosslinking networks blown with supercritical fluid

演讲提纲:

EVA具有优异的发泡行为、配方可设计性、可加工可染色性,是最重要的鞋用发泡材料。不过,化学交联结构让EVA发泡材料难以熔融回收。本研究通过同时引入化学交联剂和动态交联剂,在EVA中形成可熔融回收的双交联网络。所制备的EVA可以超临界流体发泡,交联EVA泡沫可以熔融回收并进行二次发泡;同时,双交联EVA泡沫具有优异的能量吸收性能。

EVA is an important shoe foam material, which present excellent foaming behavior, good formulation designability, easy to process, and excellent dyeability. However, the chemical cross-linked structure makes it difficult to melt and recycle. The main target of this study is to fabricate a recyclable EVA formation with the dual crosslinked network by simultaneously introducing chemical crosslinking agent and dynamic crosslinking agent. The as-prepared crosslinking EVA presents good foaming behavior blown in supercritical N2, and the crosslinked EVA foam can be melted and recycled, and the recycled EVA raw resin can be secondary foamed. Meanwhile, the dual crosslinked EVA foam has a superior energy absorption efficiency of 84.1%.

嘉宾介绍:

翟文涛教授主要从事聚合物发泡材料和聚合物功能多孔材料的研究和开发工作,先后主持科技部、国家自然科学基金、广东省/福建省/江西省重点研发及产学研项目、企业委托开发项目50多项。主持开发了“发泡热塑性聚氨酯(ETPU)珠粒材料”、“发泡聚丙烯(EPP)珠粒材料”、“超临界流体发泡弹性体胚模”、“微孔TPU化学机械抛光垫”4项规模化制备技术,3项技术通过了轻工业联合会组织的成果鉴定,创新技术实现了商业化应用,获得了显著的经济和社会效益。在Adv. Mater.; Adv. Funct. Mater.; Adv. Sci.; Polymer等主流学术期刊上发表SCI论文130篇,论文他人引用8400次,获得、美国授权发明专利50件。撰写《高压流体釜压发泡高性能高分子材料》专著1部、合著英文著作5部,获省部级科技奖4项。

Prof. Zhai’s research interests focus on the fundamental research and technology development of microcellular foams and porous materials. He has presided over more than 50 research projects in the past 15 years supported by national foundation and companies. He has developed 4 large-scale preparation technologies of polymeric foams by cooperating with local companies, i.e., ETPU, EPP, foamed elastomer block, foamed tire, and the innovative technologies have achieved commercial application and significant economic and social benefits. Prof. Zhai has published 130 journal papers in Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater. Adv. Eng. Mater., Polymer et.al, and obtained 50 patents. He has written one monograph about "High Performance Polymer Materials for High Pressure Fluid Pressure Foaming" and co-authored five English books. He has received 4 provincial & ministerial level Awards from China.
