    Wayne Niemi     洛杉矶（10月5日，2005）阿迪达斯-萨拉蒙星期二宣布计划中对总部在马萨诸塞州坎顿市的锐步的兼并没有再作进一步反托拉斯评估的需要。     据阿迪达斯所说，1976年Hart-Scott-Rodino反托拉斯促进法所要求的等待期已经过期，使得这个公司得以自由的朝这个交易迈进。     阿迪达斯和锐步两个公司董事会的董事们在2005年8月3日宣布他们一致赞成最后的协议，即阿迪达斯-萨拉蒙将以每股59美元的价格收购锐步发行的股票，这项交易价值38亿美元。     兼并预计在2006年上半年完成。    （引自Footwearnews，翻译：Rainpoem）                                    Adidas/Reebok Deal to Proceed      Wayne Niemi      Los Angeles (October 5, 2005) - Adidas-Solomon announced on Tuesday that no further anti-trust regulatory review would be necessary in order to proceed with its proposed acquisition of Canton, Mass.-based Reebok.       According to the company, the required waiting period under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 has already expired, leaving the company free to more forward with the deal.        The boards of directors at both Adidas and Reebok announced on August 3, 2005 that they had unanimously approved a definitive agreement where Adidas-Solomon would acquire all outstanding shares of Reebok at $59.00 per share. The transaction is valued at $3.8 billion.      The acquisition is expected to close during the first half of 2006.
